- 10 radishes
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
- Salt, Celtic or Himalayan to taste
- Peppercorns, black, freshly cracked, to taste
- 1 Tbsp white truffle oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
- Thinly slice the radishes and then cut them crosswise to make ‘matchsticks’.
- Add radish matchsticks, chives, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a small bowl mix truffle oil and lemon juice together.
- Toss dressing and Radishes together just before serving.
