Red Radish Salad with Truffle Oil

Red Radish Salad with Truffle Oil

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 10 radishes
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • Salt, Celtic or Himalayan to taste
  • Peppercorns, black, freshly cracked, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp white truffle oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh

Instructions:

 

  1. Thinly slice the radishes and then cut them crosswise to make ‘matchsticks’.
  2. Add radish matchsticks, chives, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3.  In a small bowl mix truffle oil and lemon juice together.
  4. Toss dressing and Radishes together just before serving.
